Just had a great conversation with a client on affordable tools to use in our businesses.  I just love open dialogue because when you have an ear to hear, great things happen… because sometimes as consultants/coaches, we’re so busy talking, we don’t listen to the person on the other end of the phone and in instant, valuable information can flow right into oblivion – you missed it!
